Delivery Information

• We will ship your package within 1-2 business days after your payment has cleared. In most cases your package will be shipped within the next business day though.
• All orders above USD $100 in total will be shipped with a courier service (usually DHL Express or Fedex, depending on your location) for FREE. Delivery takes usually 2-5 business days (5-7 days to South America and Africa).
• Orders below USD $100 will be shipped with China Post or Hong Kong post. Delivery takes usually 2-4 weeks.
• When we say we offer free shipping then we mean it. Should there be any additional local or customs fees involved then simply send us a picture of the invoice and we'll refund you the fees!

• A correct phone number is required by couriers.
• We do ask for a surcharge in case the destination is in a remote location. Remote areas for DHL are located here, Fedex remote areas here.
